My Photos - Broken Arch in Arches National Park
Broken Arch
Broken Arch can be accessed from the Sand Dune Arch parking lot on the main road. The hike from this starting point is 0.4 miles one way to the arch. Another access point is via the Devils Garden Campground.

At the time I am writing this (a week after my visit), I have no idea why this is named Broken Arch. If you happen to know, please post on the Arches N.P. Forum and I'll edit this section. Whatever the reason for its name, it is indeed a beautiful one!

My Hike From Sand Dune Arch

Near Sand Dune Arch, a trail spur goes left across the desert floor. As you can see, it was a very snowy and wintery day.

Broken Arch There it is ... Broken Arch.

Steve One token photos of myself back at the Sand Dune Arch parking lot. It was great to be in the national park that day!
